Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of TrendyEvents ("we", "us") and your purchase of our services and digital content. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract under your local law.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access credentials confidential. Do not share your login.

4. Pre-orders (one-time payment)

• You pay once for a pre-order. No auto-renewal. No recurring charges now.
• Access to the service will start by 15.12.2025. We will notify you before access begins.
• Included access: 12 months from the access start date.
• No further charges during the included period. Any renewal afterwards will be asked with separate express consent.
• If we delay launch more than 30 days beyond the ETA, you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Prices & taxes

EU/EEA prices are shown VAT-inclusive. Outside the EU, taxes may be added where applicable. All amounts and currencies are shown at checkout.

6. EEA/UK: 14-day right to withdraw

Consumers in the EEA/UK may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after conclusion without reason. For pre-orders, you also have a full refund any time before access begins.

To withdraw, use our online form at /cancel or email contact@trendy.events. We will acknowledge receipt by email without delay.

7. Refunds

• We refund to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice.
• If any service usage occurs where permitted by law, we may deduct a proportionate amount.

8. Acceptable & prohibited use

Use the service for lawful research and content strategy. You must not:

• reverse-engineer or decompile the service;
• use bots or scraping beyond our rate limits;
• share your account and/or credentials of your account;
• use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others;
• Attempt to manipulate or artificially inflate any metrics.

9. Intellectual property & third-party services

We retain all rights to our software, UI, and data outputs. You own your uploads. We are not affiliated with TikTok, YouTube, or any platform we analyze; their trademarks belong to their owners.

10. Service limitations

• Updates may be delayed up to 48 hours. Historical windows may be limited.
• Only publicly available content is analyzed.
• APIs and rate limits may restrict features.
• Pre-launch features are beta and may change.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses and lost profits. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify by email or in-app at least 7 days before material changes take effect.

13. Governing law

If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country apply. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by German law, and courts of Berlin have jurisdiction.

X. Communications

When you enter your email on our site, you explicitly request that we send you early-access invites or reminders about access windows. We treat these as service communications you asked us to send.

We send marketing emails (product news, offers) only if you give explicit consent by ticking the marketing checkbox on our forms. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contactingcontact@trendy.events.

Where local law allows email to existing customers about similar products with an easy opt-out, we will comply with those conditions and provide a simple unsubscribe in each message.

Y. Notices

We include an unsubscribe link ("List-Unsubscribe") in marketing emails. Service emails about billing, security, or access may still be sent where necessary to perform the service or comply with law.
